Company History

Let’s Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC was founded in 2020 by two passionate speech-language pathologists, Jasmine Nelson and Tiffany James. Both women began their professional journeys as SLP-Assistants, later earning their CCC-SLP credentials, and eventually turning their shared vision into a company that reflects their values: quality service, therapist support, and student-centered care.

What started as a small venture built on strong relationships with local districts has grown into a respected staffing company serving multiple school districts across Texas. With a team of over 30 dedicated professionals, we continue to grow while maintaining our personalized, people-first approach.

Our founders built this company from experience—knowing what it’s like to be in the field and understanding what therapists truly need to thrive. That firsthand knowledge has shaped our approach to leadership, mentorship, and the work culture we cultivate for our team.

At our core, we are educators, advocates, and therapists who are committed to making a real difference—one district, one team, and one child at a time.
